Step into the spotlight and set your inner hilarious creative free! Improv 1 is a high-energy, low-stakes adventure into the art of unscripted theater, designed to help you get out of your head, trust your instincts, and laugh until your cheeks hurt. Through ridiculous games, supportive group exercises, and spontaneous scene-building, you'll master the legendary "Yes, And..." mindset, sharpen your active listening skills, and learn to build wild, funny characters out of thin air. Whether you want to conquer stage fright, boost your workplace confidence, or just spend a couple of hours making magic with awesome people, this class is your ultimate playground—no scripts, no pressure, and absolutely no experience required!
